Payment

Cash deposit, all ATM Card payment, all major Credit/Debit Cards or Online Bank Transfers are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within 48hrs of placing order. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and Ourselves have the right to terminate any Product/Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Product delivery is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of un-delivered Product/Service, shall be refunded with a deduction of all charges invloved.

Cancellation of order

We reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where we are unable to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the our policy or for any reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the products/services featured on this website are only available within the Nigeria, or in relation to postings from the Nigeria. All advertising is intended solely for the Nigerian market. Force Majeure

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Lagos, Nigeria.
